Job Description
Ensure the reliability and performance of our payment infrastructure serving millions of transactions daily. You will define and track SLOs, automate incident response, and build tools that make our engineering teams more productive and our services more resilient.
Responsibilities
- Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets. Build automated runbooks and self-healing infrastructure. Lead incident response, postmortems, and follow-up remediation. Conduct capacity planning and performance optimization. Develop internal tools for observability and deployment automation.
