Job Description

Lead a team of talented engineers building Africa's payment infrastructure. You will combine technical leadership with people management to grow your team, ship high-quality products, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 6-10 engineers. Set technical direction and architectural standards for your domain. Drive sprint planning, delivery execution, and continuous improvement. Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations. Collaborate with product managers and designers on roadmap prioritization.
